Downgrading

  • Investment Data Conversion During Unsyncing: All positions in the “Portfolio” subsection for each investment account subtype retain their original form and relevant data from the last available sync, and nothing is deleted. Syncing will not occur going forward, and any updates to position sizing will have to be manual.

  • “Spotlight” Profiles: “Spotlight” profiles that are premium-only regain their paywall, and are not accessible anymore. New “Spotlight” profiles created will no longer be accessible to free users.

  • The “Vault”: Users get free access to a max number of 6 unique research “Vaults.” Attempting to create more than 6 under the free plan will prompt a user to upgrade their membership. When creating more than 6 “Vaults” in the paid plan and subsequently downgrading the membership to the free plan, all “Vaults” (even if more than 6) are still accessible and can be edited, but new "Vaults" may not be created until the user either deletes existing "Vaults" to under 6 or reinstates their paid membership.

  • Live Market Data: Users lose access to public market data for automatic price checks given a position’s next purchase price, as well as automatic price calculations for determining the “Next Purchase Price.” Prices will have to be manually input, checked, and updated.
