Spotlight Profiles

General Information: The “Spotlights” tab is where case studies appear of real-world stocks and ETFs. These case studies incorporate features from the “Knowledge Base” content to offer users tangible insights related to how certain fundamental characteristics affect long-term share price performance. “Spotlight” profiles are meant to be comprehensive, objective, and unbiased presentations of company fundamentals and information. Vassant serves a curator of public investment data rather than a financial advisor; the “Spotlight” profiles in no way serve as recommendations to buy or sell a security and are purely for information and educational purposes only.

Format: “Spotlight” profiles have a standardized format, outlining overall characteristics, alignment with certain principles outlined in the “Discover” modules, competition, nuances, and risks.

Accessibility: 2 “Spotlights” are available for free to all users. 3 additional profiles are available in a learn-to-unlock system using Mastery Points. When a user obtains their first 12 Mastery Points, the first “Spotlight” profile unlocks. After the first 24 and 36 Mastery Points, 1 more additional profile is unlocked at each milestone. The remainder of the profiles are permanently locked until a subscription upgrade.

Moving Profile Directly to Invest: To directly add a “Spotlight” profile to an established investment account in the “Invest” tab, the user must scroll to the last page of the profile and press the "+ Add to account" button. Users may add the “Spotlight” profile to more than one account subtype tab.
